Your account data is retained for three years after closure to meet legal requirements and process any outstanding withdrawals. After that period, non-essential personal information is deleted. Payment transaction records are kept longer for tax and compliance purposes.

Yes. Your payment details are encrypted using SSL 256-bit protocols and stored separately from your login credentials. We never share your UPI ID, Paytm account, or PhonePe details with third parties except the payment processors themselves to complete your transaction.

No. We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or marketing firms. We use your data only to operate your account, process payments, and comply with Indian law. Third-party sharing is limited to payment networks and fraud-prevention services.

You can request deletion of non-essential personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Account information required for legal compliance (identity proof, transaction history) is retained. We process deletion requests within 30 days where technically feasible.
